…saa, talk about an awkward question, V. XD Loving how Sera dodged that one.

Loved how that came out of nowhere.

Must be kind of a hard question to a recluse.

I wonder if the fact that Sera’s bed is floating could be some sort of subconscious reflex against letting anyone else in it.

Then again if I could make my bed float I’d do it too.

Moot point I know, but I haven’t shared a bed with anyone and I still know if people I know talk in their sleep or whatever. Did Sera just never have a sleepover with Tess or anything?

Oh, and I just realised how freezing it must be in Sera’s room, it’s huge!

I have avoided that answer in the exact same way… floating bed and all (okay, it was a hammock, but hanging is close to floating).

“shared a bed with”. Hm, rather casual. Of course, the answer makes Ms Rose all the more loveably awkward.

Hehe, yeah, I’ve never shared a bed (er, not -that- way, at least) either but I’ve slept in the same room as people and had people come in to wake me up and then tell me I was talking in my sleep…

I apparently kick in my sleep, too. Things in the same bed as me have a tendency to be halfway across the room in the morning.

My poor, poor future lovers. XD

While sleeping over at my best friends, I had no idea she slept-spoke. I had a whole conversation for like an hour with her, talking about fairy tales like Jack and the Beanstalk. Then she started goose-stepping around the room, and threatened me with knives. She is scary.

i think aaron is showing us, in a more subtle way, vicious’ more ditzy (or at least forgetfull)-(although not insensitive) side. she is, after all, more worldly than our loving recluse. and, although both witches, they are indeed very much from different worlds. (this is, i believe, something most of us loyal readers can obviously relate with- and surely one of the many underlying themes of most of a’s comics.)
on the other hand, i assumed vicious would know all this, looking back at the deep, heartfeld, revealing conversation between the two at the end of issue 5.

aaron- question: how old is vicious supposed to be at this part of the comics now? late 20s? early 30s? i know sera’s supposed to be early 20s, right? i’m gonna kick myself if this is in the bios page.

    quick note to Candy’s post:
glad to see i’m not the only one who had suspected that tad forshadowing posibility, but as the comics are progressing, i believe aaron might be re-writing his own script (like any good writer- keep you guessin’!!!)

Vicious knew Sera wasn’t sure about her sexuality. She should have realized Sera was a virgin. Oh Vicious. So self-absorbed.

virgin the innocent: Vicious is in her mid-30′s. Although she’ll probably never look a day over 20 (unless she wants to).

kinna stretching here, but on the image manipulation subject, when applied to age, any possability of extended witchey lifespans?
any “ancient ones” besides baba yaga out there? or is that a deeply refined skill?
on that note, i have to ask- i know the trolls are old, but how about those gobblins?

    vti-
“Charles-Without-End” of the Crestfallen Coven (p 19) sounds like he prolly had some years on him.

also, i gotta say it’s kinda sad V dinnat make that connection during their earlier visit (and/or forgot). it sure seemed obvious to me, tho being able to relate at 34 prolly heightens awareness of such things. but v’s whole thing is her odd combination of wisdom and obliviousness so it’s not really so surprising.

come to think of it, “odd combination of wisdom and obliviousness” is kinda my thing too, i think/hope. wish i had anything near v’s talents to compensate.
