   Well, he said “any” witch, “Crestfallen or not” – so that may mean he knows who instructed the creature and knows that it wasn’t Sera – just someone out to spoil her name.

   I can think of a couple of witches who aren’t too pleased with her, let alone her association with V.

   well, at least i’m no longer in panic mode. tho still cautious. gotta wonder tho– did lois find that “sleep disorders” book lying around or did she *bring* it? looking over the last few pages, i noticed that at no time was her left hand visible… is sera trying to “self-help”, or was it lois’ idea?

   also noticed on p36 the kitty rubbing against her… if any more proof is needed that her heart’s in the right place, that was it!

    wow. that last picture of Merrik in the last panel will now be haunting my dreams. Well, at least its better than that picture of Paul Berrer from that WWF Undertaker comic book where the fat man is licking his fingers with his disturbingly long, gene simmons-like tounge. this is getting even more interesting. damn Mr. A and his suspence.

    Why is this guy so damned happy all the time?

    I mean he starts out looking like the overly happy guy in the burger joint waving like a little kid waiting to be called on in class. Then he comes in all excited to see her and her house, surprised he wasn’t taking pictures like a tourist. Now he shows off his home videos and still he’s smiling; like watching someone get their arm ripped off is an endearing event. “mmm, remember that one time, honey? When the guy got his arm ripped off and the blood was just spurting out? It was so beautiful that I felt like for one moment I truly understood the world and we were one*sigh* Happy times”
