Oh my goodness Lois. The cute-doggie-cross-stitching is just too perfect. (What a great establish-setting page. I know exactly where I am. I’ve been in a few versions of that living room…)

Looks like we’re not the only ones anxious about Tess …. waugh, waugh. :(

    • Kelly Says:

Lots of really great details on this page. Is that Star Trek? With each page I keep hoping for word on Tess’s condition. Looks like we’re getting there…mayyyyybe. The suspense, it kills.

    • Eddie Perkins Says:

Awesome page! My only problem is my brain can’t seem to make sense of the black and white lump in front of the TV. It’s like a bag with a lot of knots tied on it. I’m trying to make it be a dog but I can’t make out a head and if the white part is it’s chest then it’s missing a leg and somethings trying to burst out of it’s chest. Hmm…

Otherwise, like I said, really kick-ass page. So much amazing detail.

    • Nightsong Says:

All things considered sounds like Tess is really messed up. still it’d be unnatural to walk away from a hit like that.

    • Eddie Perkins Says:

      And now it’s a dog.

And, it’s a perfectly well drawn dog on it’s back on a pillow. Now I wonder if I had some sort of stroke or something. It’s such an obvious dog that I can’t even see it as anything else now. The hell is up with that? The problem was definitely on my end. How could I have not seen that as a dog right from the start?!

Seeing that dog… it was like staring at a Magic Eye autostereogram poster from the mid 90’s until I could see the 3D image. Only difference is that the dog was plain as day right there in front of me.

Is this ‘getting old’? If so, I’d like to stop please.

The thingiee to the upper right of the leftmost lampshade is likely the decapitated head of a stuffed thing what has been mauled lovingly by canines. XD *grew up around a lot of dogs belonging to friends and family*

      Also aaaaaaa Tess D:

    • Zoe Says:

So…. instead of cats, Louis is the old lady with 57 dogs? XD this IS a great page for scene-setting.
      Poor Sera. Poor TESS!!!!! XO
      Eddie… ;)

    • William Says:

At first I too had trouble discerning what the object beside the black dog was… so its a pillow – thanks Eddie. The decapitated thingy by the lamp is most definitely a goblin or a bunny. hopefully not a real goblin or bunny just a stuffy. Looks like just two dogs Pierre and Jaque. I should know the breed though. Just can’t remember. Can’t wait for the next few pages to round out the story.

    • Jade Says:

Im so glad Sera is at Louis`s house. I had terrable visions of sera in some terrable jail cell. I realy hope Tess is o.k. I`d be realy depressed if she wasn`t.

    • Candy Says:

D’aww, Lois’s doggies are so cute.

Eddie: I also had trouble figuring out what the pillow was at first, but that’s probably ’cause the first time I saw this page it was 2 AM and I was like, “Oh, it’s Wednesday now…new SR page!” – also, your linked site’s account is suspended :s

    • skrapyard Says:

i love the panel of the sleeping dogs face, its so life like. and yeah the black thing on the floor is a chew toy of some kind

    • Eddie Perkins Says:

      Candy,
Yeah, I noticed that. My host was having some sort of issue. It wasn’t just my site. Everything on the server apparently had that ’suspended’ message. So, I got a new host and moved my site over yesterday. Everything’s up and running again. Thanks for passing on the info though.

    • skrapyard Says:

Mr. A I have to commend you again on that dogs face. I have some friends who have that exact type of dog and yeah…thats how they look when they sleep

    • alphatroll Says:

man this WOULD be the page i’m two days late seeing. LOIS IS MY HERO TOO, SERA! And she needs one two, from the way she’s venerating that porcelain altar….

‘Sgotta suck for Tess, being held hostage to get to Sera, but Sera’s under the best of protection so Stilletta can’t get a ransom note to her. ‘Cause that’s what’s going on. Obviously. Couldn’t possibly be anything else.

And finally, so interesting to learn that french bulldogs love Star Trek! Never would have guessed. ;)
