Come on Sera, fight back. Don’t let her throw you around when you can create virtually anything with your ectoplasm

    • tomh Says:

holy crap! Ms Stilleta has some serious issues to work on. Too bad she’s using Sera as her punching bag.
I wonder if this is a lite side – dark side thing. If Valentine, whom Sera turned down years ago, is hopping that having to defend herself, loved ones, and places against a really nasty opponent will push Sera into – over the edge of becoming either a nasty person witch wise like Stilleta, (I doubt it, Sera just doen’t seem the type) or at least to fully embrace and use the probably pretty awesome power that she does have. Perhaps more the later. Valentine just may not appreciate a witch like Sera, one who doesn’t use their power, as a poor example to other witches and more importantly the the non witch world.

    • Edison Says:

Sera, WTF!? Stop getting thrown around like a sack of potatoes!!! Fight back!!! Tho her expression in the last panel does seem to be “okay, im fed up, lets open up a can of witchy whoopass”

PS nice restaurant name. “Le Squide”. Loving it!

    • Erin F Says:

I dunno, Edison. To me her expression in the last panel seems to be ‘okay, i’m in serious pain and probably bleeding internally.’

It’s not like she’s letting herself get beaten up. Stiletta’s had years of training from a very powerful witch. All we’ve seen Sera do is make anti-vampire ponies, cool furniture, and little green things. I’m afraid that when/if she DOES try to fight Stiletta she’ll get obliterated all the same.

    • skrapyard Says:

ouch….i always hope for a good fight in this comic…instead i get beatings…I hate to say this…but really….it looks like the only person who can help her now is probably V. Of course shes probably off in her own world..

    • alphatroll Says:

It looks almost as if Stilletta’s deliberately wrecking all the little “personal touches” Sera left on Crestfallen (as if using Sera’s face to do it wasn’t bad enough…..)

Coincidence, or has Valentine been watching her and choreographed the fight?

    • luis levy the maniac Says:

arrhggg…. oh come on!!! sera wakes up!!! and kick-ass of emo witch blonde oh my godddd…
where are you? JOHNNYthm PLEASE …HELP!!! HELP!!!
SERA COME ON!!! WAKES UP!!! >O<
AND FIGHT you are my hero sera nooooo poor sera

-sera needs to madness like johnny to defeat to stilleta (emo thing)
      buh bye HAIL SERA…

    • Pesticide Says:

It’s really no fun watching Sera get the shit smacked out of her. :[
She’s wrecking all of Sera’s personal touches! >:U

    • William Says:

      @ luis levy the maniac

Johnny the homicidal maniac has nothing to do with this nor is part of this parallel dimension Aaron Alexovich peers into. I believe it belongs to a man named Jhonen Vasquez. While they did work together on Invader Zim, the familiarity ends there (as far as I know). They are brilliant artists in their own right but lets keep them separate for sanity’s sake shall we. Nothing wrong of being fans of both creators like myself, just try not to cross the streams :P Respect the artists!

    • Sphyrna Lewini Says:

      @ William & levy

I’m sure that Aaron and Jhonen are mortal enemies and they fight constantly with lasers and super powers when in the same room together. Certainly their fights would not resemble the one above in terms of being pushed to the ground.

But Aaron wins for actually being (or appearing to be) happy upon meeting his fans in person at conventions etc. rather than being filled with loathing and hate juices whenever someone asks for his autograph.

    • Sphyrna Lewini Says:

      @ alphatroll
It’s okay, I knew they were friends. I just wanted to be overly dramatic and sarcastic for the sake of it

    • alphatroll Says:

@ the Protagonist: the clocks on the Clocktower, Sera’s house, and in statue-Charles’ hand have all been stuck at 5:00 as long as anyone remembers.
