      Little did Kelton know that a witch’s only weakness, other than a sniper shot, is a blunt force blow to the back of the head using a +2 backpack.

      Kelton’s face when he says he’ll fight on Sera’s behalf is so very perfect. His actual claim reads as kind of stilted, and I wonder if that’s from fear or perhaps for another reason…? In any case, again, love his face in that panel. Perfect combination of idiotic bravery VS absolute terror going on in that expression.

      BRILLIANT MOVE. CAPITAL. LITERALLY.
      all this volume, Kelton’s played such a minor role he’s the *last* one I would have expected. Absolute genius, Aaron, playing us along for 106 pages just for that moment. AND IT WAS TOTALLY WORTH IT.

      Now Sera *and* Tess have to get involved to help him, and have to get *along* to do it!

      Last page resonated reeeeaally deeply for me; people incessantly trying to make me fight goes WAY back and it almost sorta made me a little nauseous…… this makes it absolutely worth it. Thank you, Aaron, for an imaginary friend willing to back me up even if it means taking some heat. You are now officially a demigod.

      and Kelton is *my* very best friend too.

      Why is it I have a very strong feeling that Kelton is about to experience what Owen Wilson felt like in the 1999 film The Haunting?

      Finally! Where has Kelton’s role been?! Has it been hiding and waiting for Sera to get into a major fight to jump out!? LOL, I luff Kelton so much, he and Sera should be a couple. XD Sorry totally fangirling over here about how awesome Kelton is and how he overcomes his fear to save the one he luvs! Perfect job Aaron!

      GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!!!!!! How amazing and totally unexpected! Kelton is a fav but he’s so minor he’s the LAST person any of us’d expect! I do wonder if Tess’ll come get Stiletta from behind…. but this page makes up for these last suspenseful pages of sera getting her butt kicked. Love the facial expressions as well!

      I’m not sure if Sera and Kelton would end up together, mostly because I’m not sure if Sera is actaully lesbian or just bi. She seems to (at least subconciously, telling from the dream cave) be in love with Vicious, so even if she’s bi I’m not sure. Then again, Kelton is taking on Stiletta to save her, even though he has no power and even less of a chance of victory. Hopefully he has a plan or something to pull a win out of his ass.

      If this were any other comic, Kelton would be saying something along the lines of “I’ma open a can of whoopass on ya’ll!” Instead, we get treated with his extreme dorkiness.

      Kelton’s Right could be more of a “Right. Blade weilding insane witch. Forgot about that.” in the same way a demo expert says “Ooh right. Was supposed to cut the red wire.”

      Also, Seriously not expecting Kelton and his amazingly good bag throwing skills. I’d MISS from that distance. That or just about bump their shins…

      I’m definately leaning toward the “Tess ambush” theory too…..

      ESPECIALLY since:
      1. Well, she IS in Betties, right BEHIND Stilletta…..
      2. She’s in Betties even when she SHOULDN’T be….
      3. She knows ALL about the SSI’s incompetence, FIRSTHAND….
      4. She apparently made her decision AFTER Sera’s letter…. (!)

      She may *seem* a little dim at times, but those gears do work, in their own odd fashion…..
