The possums do that here. Except they're scratching at the underside of the floor... fortunately they seem to like the living room best!

I used to live in a house with squirrels in the walls. That ended when I brought a cat home.

but yeah, you have to be careful what kinds of houseplants you have if you own cats as cats will want to eat them and some are poisonous to kitties' insides.
we had a cat when i was younger, and whenever we let her outside she wouldn't go far because she'd stop to eat the lawn for a while.

Whilst in Ireland I was visited by 3 bats in the space of 24 hours, but unfortunately I wasn't able to get any pics of them
