Aw, don't be silly, the seaweed looks wierd because it's underwater!The secret to great art can be found in the phrase, "I meant to do that!".....
I mean, think about it.... you could have used vectors & stuff to make it perfect, but then you'd have to apply an 'underwater' filter to keep it from looking all out of place & stuf ..... you just skipped the extra steps. You should be *bragging* that you did that amazingly realistic random water diffraction effect entirely by hand!
