Especially those fish that have needle-like teeth and stuff. Some of them I find kinda cool, especially the glow-in-the-dark ones(they ROCK!).

If the ocean scares you, why don't ya just make ecto-fishies that float around the room! That would be cool too... :D

XD oh man....that made my day.

hmmm...I think I would make lil animals mayhaps.
but yea....that might be a little creepy..

ooooooo. I'd make me an Ectoplasmic vehicle and haul my friends to places since it wouldn't need gas.....
AND it could fly. hells. yes.

*oh- and earlier was mentioned someone would make porn and then someone else was like
"you gonna stick your thing in it???!!"
is it just me that thinks conjuring something for your sexual
pleasure only to WATCH it is a little silly?
I mean....if you're gonna make somethin for that purpose...
you can't tell me you wouldn't take full advantage of the situation...

I will deny any claims that say they would look but not touch.
I refuse to believe it, I say. :-x

You assume this one is looking to encounter what you are identifying, miss  You discount unique & specific leanings that cannot be assumed.

But yeah, you're right, it'd be more than a bit goofy.

strange in concept. but some of the drawings are REALLY well done...
so I'm all.....conflicted. :dizzy:

pfffffffffffffffft....dun needs sleep...
*passes out face-first into chair conjuring
ecto-maddy in her sleep*

ok....that's gonna be my motivation to sleep from now on.

I'd probably do arts with it (like Sera do) and other more boring day-to-day things like that...

but then I'd also make an ectoplasmic bubble thingy that sends imagery of stuff that it sees in the deep, deep ocean to a receptor ectoplasmic TV so's I can check that shit out. (I guess if I were a witch I could potentially go down there myself.....but......the ocean kind of...scares the crap out of me...) :\

*shudder*

Cannot fathom (HAH!) some stuff down deep in the scary blackness... Like the Bloop... deep sea give me the creeps. Man, when watching Tom Hanks in Cast Away and the whales start to surface around him.... my skin started crawling out of the theater.. *eeks!*
But at the same time, my curiosity is so intense to see what is down there...

Oh, man. I once overheard this girl on the bus going on about how, "whales are so mysterious 'cause they, like, totally KNOW what's at the bottom of the OCEAN!"

Her tone was really valley-girlish, thus, I really hated admitting to myself that she was right.

Also, ectoplasm vehicles? You'd never have to buy gas again...I'd make as many as I could. Of course, since I'm in a province whose economy relies heavily on oil, I'd probably have angry mobs coming after me at some point. >_>;;

EDIT: Oh, and Squeek? If you could conjure ectoplasm thingies, you'd have more than adequate defense for all the scary ocean creatures, don'tcha think? :D

Though I'm not one to talk; every time I go to the beach I have this irrational fear that a crab is gonna pinch my toes off.

Thus we encounter the perils facing those called to artistically interpret ectoplasmic marine life, and which Mr. Lovecraft devoted his life to exposing...
So, Squeek, you are already most likely on the path to MADNESS!! and TIMELESS HORROR!! and other fun stuff.
...but don't let that stop you! All the gibbering is worth it once you get to know entities like the Vampire Squid from Hell! (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vampire_Squid)
i even recall once reading a Mythos story (not by H.P.) guaranteed to forever change the way you look at dolphins....
