Yes, I consider myself an artist. I told my mother at the age of four that I didn't want to go to school because I already knew what I wanted to be. An artist. She started crying. I think I upset her a bit.
My style is.. that I don't have a set style. As evidenced by the art here
. I try to emulate certain artists in my sketching, my photography is sort of whatever strikes my fancy, my abstract is more or less painted on found objects and is whatever I happen to feel like at the moment.
Writing.. that is the one thing that I've found my strength in. I have taken creative writing courses for fun.. not really to improve, but to help spur myself onwards. I've taken to playing RPS (Role Playing Story) games with a friend of mine (Cloves, you can find her art on The Feather as well, in addition to some fan art on here) which has quite certainly improved my skills. And broadened the types of subject I write about. (Some of it can be downright pornagraphic)
My Muse.. music and the people in my head. There's about 7 in there somewhere at last count, often appearing as 'characters'. Makes writing fun, cause they can write themselves as it were. But they wisper ideas into my head, and help me write in perspectives that are different from my own.
I'm starting to get a bit off topic now..
