So did I, Johnny boi-Depp was funny, he was like 'a' Michael Jackson... the voice I meant, plus it was better than the old one XD

No way... he was real good... I was quite surprised in his first appearence, it was funnier than expected

I totally agree with you.
Even before I saw the new Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, I knew Depp wouldn't be able to live up to Wilder.

I did like the spin Burton put on the factory, but Depp really wasn't believable for me.

yeah, all of his lines seemed forced and the whole movie seemed rushed. plus, they didn't have the infamous boat scene. that scene scared the crap out of me when I was a kid.
