I read throw most of the Choking Hazards comics to attempt give some clever feedback. But The Flying dracula hair said the stuff I wanted to say. (Curse you!) So I may just repeat the stuff he simply but anyway, heres what I thought:
Choking Hazards had one big flaw that was not mentioned. I didn't really find it funny. Sure some of it was pretty "funny" and some of the ideas are good. But I didn't get into the characters and some jokes was just unclear.
For exampel this one:

First thing, I really dislike arrows pointing on what panel I should read next. Because it's a thing that should come naturally. And when I read this one I didn't even notice the arrows. So I read it and the realised that I read it in the wrong order. It may sound like no huge damage but such things create a bad flow in reading the comics. And I miss how you are trying to build up the dynamic in the second panel.
And the way this joke is put just makes it appear very random. Random situations is not bad but we have to believe in the characters who are in them. The green guy for exampel. I don't really gets his reaction. I mean, this is the guy that went throw hell without even blink and he goes to tibet for that? And he dosen't really seem botherd, there is no real reaction on him. It's more "huh, I'm going to tibet now, cya!"
I think your characters really have to losen up a bit. I would really like to see more reactions. I get that they are having a pretty laid back personality, but that doesn't make them inhuman. In the above shark comic for exampel. I think that comic would have been better if you for exampel just made one image after the middle one. With the green guy looking at his "friend". With that extrem hate look, that you understand that he really needs to get away before he do something he regrets. Or perhaps just look at him like he is about to cry then close the door silently like the comic does, take an airplane to to tibet and there in the middle of the mountians, scream out in frustration that no man has heard for years.
In either of the two ways it gives the green guy more personality in diffrent ways.
As Flying hair said, penny-arcade is a good exampel. Two slacker friends that hangs around togther. With their own personalties and we get how they are diffrent from eachother and how they are similar by just reading a few randomly choosen comics. But even if they are very laid back and unbotherd by most problems. There is still stuff that makes them react strongly.

But anyway. Keep it up!
And I think that broken mirror looks awesome. ^^
Damn why do I writte these things when I should go to bed?
EDIT: Wopps, linked the wrong comic page that I was talking about. Must have been tired. ^^
