I really want to see Zombieland but it's pretty well out of most theaters here now.
I have heard who the cameo is, but not in what context.
i GREAT context is what.
well, in my locale, the week building up to Halloween had It's The Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown! and a Monsters Vs Aliens half hour special. there were a few regular programs which had episodes with haloween included in them. the ones i saw were "Castle" (starring Nathan Fillion as a writer... i do not normally watch the show but the halloween premise in the adverts really sold me on it and it WAS good), The Simpsons Tree House of Horror XX, and The Office (american, and only the opening was halloween oriented).
but yeah... not a lot of spooky themed movies on air this month. they dont even have to be the scary ones... ghostbusters, young frankenstein, beetlejuice... ANYTHING!
Dracula's Hair is probably correct, though. in this day and age there is so much entertainment "on demand" that it is nigh impossible for boadcast television to keep up. with the youtubes and netflix streaming internet video, anyone can watch anything at anytime and don't NEED to "wait" for it to be brought to them like they used to.
so if you don't have the internet or a VHS or DVD player... well, it sucks to be you.
