Some pretty steamy stuff

Postby PulsivePanda » Thu Apr 21, 2011 8:29 pm

Hey everyone, I'm PulsivePanda, or 'Jessy' in person.

I joined this pretty much out of boredom, as you can tell. I'm a pretty new fan, I just recently (Like a few weeks or so) read Serenity Rose, and already read Confessions of a Blubbermouth, just never knew the artist behind it.

En-Knee-Ways... Bio time!

Age: 15 (16 on the 25th)

Name: Jessy R. Fraser-Patterson

Occupation: Student, (I created the comics section in the school newspaper, and write the comics for it.) I have dreams of making professional comics under SLG.

Website: http://pulsivepanda.newgrounds.com/ I did some art a bit back there also did some voice acting, I'm not a fan of deviant art. (Sue me for it.)

Interests: Drawing, comics, zombies, coffee. But mostly drawing zombie comics, while drinking coffee.

Where?: Ontario, Canada.

Why the dumb name?: Well when I was an animator, I decided I needed a sort of nickname for Newgrounds. I went with something unique that no one uses, meaning "Pulsive", and people nicknamed me "Bear" a bit back on a game I hate now, so that's where "Panda" came in. I sort of dislike the name, but my signature is a double 'P' loop, looks sort of like an 'H'.

If there is anything you want to know about me, just ask I'm pretty open.

Oh! And I have a tendency to not care about rudeness, like, towards me. (Just a bit of information there)
Call me Jessy, Mr. Eff. Pee., Pulsive, Pulsive. P, and of course, Double 'P'.

Why hello there!

Welcome to the forum. We're please to have you here.

You seem like you fit right here being into comics and animation and the whole deal. Feel free to look around and see what we have been doing. The forum is not as active nowdays. But we're hopefully recovering from that now that we managed to throw all those spambots into the vortex.

Ugh, yeah spambots are everywhere in this day n' age. It's sad, but I think there are more spam bots, and 13 year old girls then interesting people. (it's a damn shame ya'know?)

As for Sada, I don't think being friends with someone that says "hello" with a angry face, seems bright.
It just seems sort of ehrm... Painful, for future reference? All those emoticon mood swings, it's all so confusing.

Yeah, I also did some voice acting, but that was old me. I just do comics now, and if someone wants to hire me on Newgrounds, I'll be all. "Shu'Urrrrr mate, just have me included in that there video, don't screw with my experiences" Trust me, it happens. Countless times I can say "Yeah I was in that one, I did voice of [AVERAGE JOE]" then they say "Buh sir, your name. It not be there!" then I slam my fist into their cranium.
No biggy

But yeah... I'm glad to be here.

Don't mind the Sada, he's just kinda... odd...

And if Subey ever comes around and associates with us lowly mortal types again, you can share your mutual aspirations for Slave Labor! :D

If you hadn't guessed, we miss Subey. :(

I actually have an idea set out already for a comic, and I'm actually rewriting, and doing character design for them. The story seems pretty good (I honestly can't judge my own stuff though, it would seem unfair) but, it's sort of like making a food dish you never ever did before, you feel accomplished, and you feel like it's the best thing that was ever, ever created.

En-Knee-Ways, who's this Subey character?

Subey (aka subobeyliminal, aka nymphesque) is one of our long time members who had very wonderful art-makin talent. she is currently at university and studying animation and things. gawk at her DevianArt!
http://nymphesque.deviantart.com/

but, yeah. it took me positively ages to get my own DeviantArt account, so i can understand your trepidation, there. people bothered me FOR YEARS to get one, but i never saw the need on account of having my own damn website where i can post my arts. however, recent personal hardships have made continuing regular updates of my website difficult, so i got a DeviantArt account of my own March 2011. it's going pretty okay so far. plus, it's free, so whatever.

anyways, WELCOME Mr panda-person.
i must say, you have impressed me what with your being a teenager and so delightfully articulate and all. thanks for the fully formed and comprehensive sentences!
now i feel i must apologise for my lack of capital letters at the start of sentences and whatnot. i am no typist and i can type much faster without having to consider that damn shift key there. also, i'm fairly certain the shift key killed my brother, so i won't give it the satisfaction of use.

I'm so glad you all are so nice here, so many people seem corrupted enough in the brain that they don't even know how to treat someone you barely know with respect. It's odd I know, to treat someone you don't know with respect, being they don't know your experiences, they don't know you say... fought through cancer with a knife in your mouth, trapped in a jungle infested with zombie bears with wings. But those people need to realize, (and this is a huge thing I'm stuck on) but people need to think, what did they go through, maybe not only did they [i]fight cancer surrounded by mythical beasts, but maybe they also had to fight a deadly dragon at the end of the level? That would be somethin' wouldn't it?

But thank you, mister Will, blood- er.. The.

The whole "niceness" thing IS indeed rather a point of pride around here, I must say :P

BUT, that nicey-thing obliges me to warn you that if Subey comes back and finds someone else using HER COLOR, things could get ... unpleasant.

You wouldn't want to get on Subey's bad side. She made Dan Vado's mySpace pic, yanno.

Of course, that's assuming she HAS a bad side, which is entirely hypothetical.

I can't say much towards that comment, other then it's just a color. I like the color, (And I assume she likes it to, why else would you call it her color?) so what's the problem? I don't see why I should use a different shade of the same color, if someone (that I never met!) comes back and has a iron fist over a color. This is the only shade of that color I like.

Hmm... on closer inspection it is a slightly different shade, isn't it? Shouldn't be a problem then, Subey's really only protective of "violet" violet.

I mostly use "pink" pink 'cause nobody else seems to want it.

Also, orange is the personal property of Tattooed Master "Shoehead" Teim, another Overlord here since even before His Lordship Lord Mister Tha Bloody was elevated to that position. (But Will doesn't mind sharin' them redz.)

B'sides, "red" red is really our li'l pal squeek's thing anywayz.

YES, I *am* just hazing you... but we only do that ta peeps we RILLY liek!

i only use the red when i need to "speak" in my official "admin-overlordy" "voice." for official announcements and such. a means of grabbin' the attention.
and i dont think Sue-bee will mind all THAT much seeing as to how she hasn't been around in a while what with being mired in the black goo of college and all.

Well in any case, I just got my new intuos 4 tablet as a present, so I'm pretty preppy at the moment. This thing is awesome, so glad I had to pay two-hundred, ninety dollars for this unholy thing.
