Neat video, I do think that they could have made it much better. I seen the tiny details in the TV (Just going to give them a bit of a plus, saying that they probably DID make the TV). But the faces seemed really dynamic, which in most cases would be great. But not here, they moved around way to much, shouldn't have used the colors red inside her screen, shouldn't have used the same '^-^' face over and over. It seems like it was done poorly, or they just gave up half way, and through it together with the default faces they made.

This of course is coming from a animator's point of view, I also started with 3D animation, and HTML Coding before I got totally into animation, and that sort of line of things. I can be sometimes picky on some people's things when they call it 'good', 'great', a 'masterpiece' when such words aren't exactly deserved (From the general public I mean, I always say my stuff is good, but never great. Because I self-motivate myself to get better all the time).

if i remember correctly, when he first posted it, it was one of the first "serious" experiments in animationing he did. (i mean, he did do a cheesy "Caramelldansen" just to play with it, but the less said about that, the better.) but i don't think he on about how this video was best thing ever made, just something fun. and i enjoyed it and can appreciate from the point if view that he made original animations for it and didnt just edit together game footage or anything.
